Seller sent my plant right away but the USPS sent it everywhere except to me. When it finally arrived, it looked pretty bad. I tried to perk it up with no luck. Seller, who did nothing wrong, was kind enough to send another and it arrived fast and totally healthy. Both packages arrived very well packaged professionally. I must conclude by saying the seller has great communication. As good as it gets with this seller.
