This item is not real, I have been using Ouai for YEARS, it’s thick and has the BEST SMELL, this stuff is like water and stinks.

The seller sent the non-OEM item. It did not match the OEM filter at all. The filter is less than twice the filter columns and is cheaply China-made.
Instead of returning and sending the correct filter. I was offered a 20% discount.
The trouble isn't worth it. I have accepted this and bought an authentic filter elsewhere.
