It was open box item. I hv been using open box items since years and I know what to expect with it. This item was a mess. It had all hairs in its dustbox. It seems like seller just packed their own robot and shipped it to me. After using it for 2 months now, it just does not work, it gives notification to replace its parts and app does not tell me which part needs replacemenrt. So, it goes in trash tonight. Very disappointed.

    Go with Canon. Easy set up. Came with Ink and still has ink after a week! Great price. Instant On, with no long term initialization process. Quite too. Has an average of 68% five star ratings. Now it has mine. Go with Canon.

    Replacement Printer
