Item recieved passed 2 weeks after purchase, frustrating. Item was shipped out real late. Advertised new, but I received refurbished damaged product( The clip to the battery cover was broken, the cover would not stay close, Other than that the machine performed fine). With few emails back and forth, I recieved a small partial refund. I was not satisfied cause I was bidding against myself but I accepted it anyway, I wanted to be fair to the seller maybe I'm to nice. Open box not new.
