Complete scam artist. Overcharged on shipping, asked for an adjustment, returned item and he kept the $200 in shipping which should have been $20

I did not overcharger shipping cost, if buying in multiple same item shipping will Ibe charged 1 item regular price and each additional item 50% less of original shipping, i.e buying 5 item, 1 item $5 shipping plus 4 additional item at $2.50 total shipping cost $15.
