Since it only weighs about 4.7 ounces, the lightweight Galaxy S III from Samsung likely will not weigh you down. At only 0.34 inches thick, these phones are thin and compact. The display is a 4.8 inch super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen complete with a pixel resolution of 720 by 1280 pixels. The screen is protected against accidental drops and scratches by Corning Gorilla Glass 2. A Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 Plus chipset and a Dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait processor give the Samsung Galaxy all the power it needs to multitask. This particular Galaxy model comes with 16GB of internal memory and 2GB of RAM, though you can increase storage by inserting a 64GB microSD into the dedicated card slot. For the operating system, this Samsung device comes with Android OS version 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, though you can update to Jelly Bean if you desire. The Samsung Galaxy T999 and T-Mobile provide you with a number of ways to interact with your device. In addition to making regular calls, you can type out texts or respond to emails.
