I have been trying to return this item but the final click to complete the return does not work. I have contacted the seller by e-mail 4 times and still get no satisfaction. I have told them every time in the e-mails that the item is not what I want and it doesn't work but think I'm getting the runaround. I have instructed my credit card company to withhold payment.
