It is already broken. I was using the dusting feature and when I was removing it, the duster broke off from the wand. Used it twice....cheap plastic construction.

Great little vacuum. FIrst cordless that performs as I assumed they should. this one has good suction and electric motor diriven brush on the carpet and the upolstry heads so that helps. Can't think of a negative but I only use it for touch up cleaning. It doesn't replace a full size vacuum by any means, but it does do thorough spot cleaning
