Seller left listing up over the holidays, communicated after the holidays they could not ship the item in time, now 16 days late, and then took 22 days to issue a cancellation. I would hope Ebay resolves this by giving the seller more visibility in what is listed for sale and what requests have been made by the purchaser in the future. This delay is not wholly the seller's fault and I believe the holidays and Ebay's lacking UI got in the way here. Overall I would buy from this seller again.
