I was very happy, finally finding, this Large Print version for my mother, even though I thought $9.99 shipping was a bit excessive. My happiness continued until I opened the shipping container and found a receipt itemizign book and shipping which totaled $15.00 less than I paid. Your suggestion for me to ignore the receipt was not the solution I was looking for when I contacted you. Perhaps a better solution would have been to apologize and insure you would be more cautious for future sales.

    Very good edition at a great price

    Great edition, with hard cover. Font is very nice and easy to read. Price is very good too. I am very pleased with this purchase. I would definitely buy it again.

    Great value for the price I paid!

    I bought this CD for a friend who likes books but doesn't like to read them! The only problem I had was, I didn't realize how many different versions there are of this book on CD. I may have chosen a different, unabridged version had I realized sooner. I wanted something that went exactly by the book and this does not.
