We ordered a "brand new" drinking fountain from this seller. It arrived during the holidays and took us a month to install. The plumber who installed found it had a defective part costing more to repair than the purchase itself. We contacted the manufacturer and found it was a 7 year old product probably stored in cold weather causing it to be defective. Seller didn't seem to care at all and said he had no obligation because we were beyond the 30 days. Offered a 25% refund. Buyers beware!
