The product matches the description, it arrived well packaged without any damage, it has a very good quality-price ratio and is beautiful, the seller responded to my concerns in a timely manner. This transaction was a little complicated. I understand why this seller gets negative feedback's but in the end the product was very good and the price was excellent. The delivery was a bit of a journey due to the sellers honest mistake in my opinion. I believe chuwi2019 is an honest seller who is very polite in their communication and I would buy from them again so yes it was a positive experience overall.
