Boots were described as "New Without Box" but arrived with clear signs of previous usage. When I complained, seller insisted that was the distressed look intended by the designer and refused to admit the discrepancy or cover the cost of return. Attached are pictures of the boots I received versus comparable example of NEW yet distressed ones provided by the manufacture. SUMMARY: distressed≠worn. inaccurate description and denial. Waste of time and money. Not happy with this transaction.

The first message you sent to me was "I prepare to leave a critical review unless you are interested in resolving this issue" and "I will return the boots if you cover the cost of shipping" and "I would be ok to keep the boots with a reasonable partial refund". These boots have not been worn, as you can see by the bottom of the boots!! I provided pictures of the boots, they are distressed boots that are made to look worn. My policy - accept returns buyer pays shipping!
