A refund is not the answer? What exactly do you want? The item was damaged & I cancelled the Sale AND refunded you. You were sent the cancellation confirmation with my explanation. Things happen & I did not mean for the item to get broken while packaging, but I do not owe you anything. How unreasonable are you that you can not accept a refund & a cancellation?
