Item came in original box, and is in great condition. Seller was super responsive and very professional. I would buy from again. Sadly I rated the shipment timing 1/5 not due to the seller at all. In fact the seller placed it in the mail next day after I ordered. The issue was USPS and a short coming in Houston North Regional Facility. It’s a big mess with thousands of packages just sitting. I finally received my item after 3 weeks. If you live outside TX you’re fine.

    Best Battery Case I Ever Used!

    I have read all the reviews from all different outlets. To all the negative reviews, it’s more of a personal preference for that particular person. No negative review regarding the case itself and what it was designed to do, provide extra battery life. This case exceeds my expectations and the quality is clear cut to anyone that it came from Apple, the don of the Tech World! Would recommend this case to family and friends!

    Used, broken doesn’t work. Pay more and get a new one

    The product was used and broken. I suspect these are consumers defects they returned to the phone store and are being sold again at a slight discount. If you keep it they make $ if you return it, who cares it was junk anyway. Mine doesn’t work. Don’t buy this just buy a brand new one for the extra $20
