The snare drums were shipped out the same day that I made the purchase, which was a Saturday no less. The drums were packaged well and they arrived in the described condition from the seller’s post. I am very pleased and absolutely recommend this seller!! A++++

Maybe this wasn’t normal, but the keytar wasn’t properly packed, using loose, large cell bubble wrap. The neck was advertised as cracked, but not properly secured for shipping, so it was badly damaged in transit. The power supply wasn’t packed at all, so it punched an approximately 2 inch hole at the base of the keytar. The seller blamed UPS, but the shipping box arrived unharmed. The seller then created an awkward return outside of eBay, making things even more difficult. All verified by eBay.
