The head they sent is not the same as the photo. It’s recessed in the middle and does not have the bronze strip like the OEM head which causes it to make little cuts on your skin. I messaged the seller and explained the problem and they apologized and offered to send me $5 to compensate me for the over $40 I spent on the head. I responded saying that solution did not work and I have yet to get a response.

I received fake brush heads. can tell that the package was opened with a razor blade (it wasn't even re-sealed). The brush heads don't match the look of real sonicare c3 heads. The seller did refund me and didn't even have me return the item, so that part was ok I guess. They didn't even say anything to me. Buyer beware that this seller is intentionally selling fake items.
