    Excellent surround sound; powers 5 spkeakers; and sub-woofer

    receiver is an identical and sufficient replacement for old one. It does what its suppose too; surround sound; powers 5 speakers, one sub-woofer. Excellent for the price.

    A good bang for the buck

    I paired this Technic receiver with my old ADS 710 speakers and a little 8" subwoofer I had just taking up storage space then connected it to an old panasonic dvd/cd player with a coax output the dolby sound is clean and powerful, I am very happy with this old school setup.

    Great Receiver

    I had a complete Technics Home System that included a tape deck, equalizer and 110 cd changer. The last receiver I had also served as my home entertainment unit which also gave me my surround sound etc, etc. When it finally died on me which I must add that I've had the whole system for approximately 14 or 15 years also adding that I put allot of use to it. It really bothered me. I already knew that Technics wasn't putting out anymore systems and if I was lucky I would have to go through Pioneer to try and find something close to it. I searched and searched but I really couldn't find what I was looking for. What it really boiled down to was the pure power of the receiver along with the watts it provided without any diminishing affects to the sound. So I intensified my ...
