The reason I am giving neutral feedback on this item is because of the low quality. When I received the item I was very disappointed to discover it was made of cheap materials and had poor workmanship. That said, the seller was very apologetic and responsive to my messages. They were always polite even when I was rude and impolite. It took some back and forth but eventually the seller agreed to a full refund and I did not have to pay for return shipping. For this I am grateful.
