The card did eventually arrive and was functional. However, the packaging left a lot to be desired. Electronic devices are generally not packaged in crumpled up paper, anti-static bags are preferable. I messaged the seller after there was a delay in shipping this out, to which I received no response. Therefore, I’m giving neutral feedback because I did receive the item I bought, and it does work. I’m just hoping the seller can improve his packaging, shipping time, and communication skills.
