They were so understanding & fair, they got me a replacement after USPS didn’t find it. The packaging it came in was so cute !! Love the customer service ☺️

The replacement Airpod showed up quickly. The one I received however wasn't as loud as the original. I reached out and let them know and they instantly sent me a replacement that works great.
