The item I received was identical to the description, yet it was my mistake completely to have missed in the description of the item, that the charge box is not included with the earbuds that I ordered. I didn’t realize my mistake until I had received the earbuds. I immediately contacted this seller in hopes of them accepting a return of the product and issuing me a refund, and not only were they understating and willing to do the aforementioned, but they responded back to me almost immediately!
