This is arguably the best wireless solar keyboard I had and probably the best on the market. Unlike relying on Bluetooth, it has a small USB communicator that goes into the computer. There is no need to basically any setup - it is plug and play. My iMac instantly recognized the keyboard and never lost connection unlike some competition keyboards. It is full size and works very well. Great product. Highly recommend it. It is expensive but some sites including eBay may have great deals.

Here is an odd fact if you buy an iMac used at the moment it’s a good deal. It was a heck of a machine when it was released and still is. But used iMacs rarely come with the keyboard and mouse. You have to buy them separately. Why? Not sure but a new one is around $150-200. There are plenty of third party ones around but not many of them are Bluetooth which is the whole point. Great design/latest tech. The Logitech k board is not Bluetooth it’s usb so takes away a precious USB port and of course one for the mouse. Worth it? Not really, the Logitech board is ugly (solar power) but feels ok and at least it is wireless. I wish I had the money to buy an Apple magic board/mouse but that would be nearly as much as the iMac cost. My advice? Get a used apple board mouse or a new one.

The solar feature is major plus, no more concern over flat batteries. I work as software programmer and type all day. The key tactileness and responsiveness is very good, very similar to mac keyboard although a little more stiff. For pure typing pleasure/productivity I would choose mac keyboard but for convenience and versatility I would choose the logitech wireless keyboard. I have both on my desk and run two x macbook pros so switch between the two each day. For others who may only use one keyboard the extra tension on the logitech keys might become unnoticeable after a while. I would score this keyboard 8 out of 10.

This keyboard is well designed as you would expect. It is relatively light weight, definitely slim and very simple to sync to your computer if you have to sync it to your computer at all. One of my computers I downloaded via a link. The second computer nothing was required to start using the keyboard. Once turned on It just immediately started to work.

I was looking for an aluminum extended wireless keyboard for my new iMac that looked like Apple's and came up empty. But the Logitech K750 in silver took my eye, even though it's plastic, not aluminum. I was surprised at the overall quality. It has heft, great eye-appeal, two extendable prong-like feet to cock the keyboard up at an angle, easy to get to the battery (though you don't really need to), and grabby silicon feet so the keyboard will not slide easily. It also has the easily accessible "Check Light" hot key and two LEDs to show battery status. It also has an on/off switch next to the LEDs. As this keyboard uses solar energy to charge the battery, I'm hoping I don't have to change any habits from using my previous Apple extended keyboard. I leave my computer on 24/7 and it slips in and out of Sleep Mode numerous times a day. I didn't want to have to use the on/off switch at all. So that's how I tested this thing. First, I charged it in bright sunlight for a few hours. Then I installed Logitech's "Solar App". This app is just incredibly useful. Just by pressing the "Check Light" button on the keyboard, the app flies open, shows current percentage of battery, shows current LUX level in real-time both in numbers and on a meter. Instant detailed feedback on the battery status; current charge and charging levels. I plugged the Unifying Receiver in my USB 3.0 Hub. It works perfectly from there. The keyboard has been on 24/7 now for 11 straight days, and the battery is still at 100% and has never wavered from 100%. And I keep my computer room very dimly lit when I'm not in it. When I am in the room I use only a 120W equivalent ceiling CFL for lighting, which gives me about 69-70 LUX. So to this point I am very impressed with this keyboard and its software!Read full review
