Packing level: EXPERT. Seller used lots of bubble wrap and packing peanuts, including wrapping the blister with blue painter's tape to reduce chances of blister cracking during shipment. Even used plastic wrap over the blister as a barrier with the tape. Of course, the box was very study as well. Item exactly as pictured and described! 100% satisfied.

Listing stated "Original hot wheels protecto pak may have light browning due to age." If car sells for more than $20 I will replace it with a good one." The car arrived in a lightly browned protecto pak and seller's response was "If you desire a mint one, they are available online." And, that I would have to pay the shipping if I returned the item. Additionally, he charged $7 for Standard Shipping (stated in listing) but used Ground Advantage.
