The part was brand new and all the clips were included. It was definitely a great price. But It was like a bit too short or it wasn’t shaped properly. It arrived very fast and the seller was great about answering my messages. They did offer a full refund after verifying with the VIN number that the part was for my vehicle it was probably defective.
