Good ergonomics and well made. Learning curve is a bit high if you are not used to thumb trackballs. Took me about 2 weeks to get proficient with moving the cursor around with my thumb. Once you get used to this, it's a very comfortable mouse. The wrist angle is great, the buttons have the right amount of travel and feel. The trackball moves smoothly and is quiet. Have not had any battery or connection issues so far. Input lag is very minimal compared to previous wireless mice I've used in the past such as the first gen Logitech MX. Would buy again. Can't comment on durability as I've only had it for 2 weeks.

Thought it would take some getting used to but I took to it immediately. My wrist no longer hurts. I LOVE it!!!

Great trackball. At it's full MSRP range, it's a bit overpriced. But, if you find the right deal, it's a great device.
