    Historic, not obsolete

    I bought this one as a backup to the one I already have. Reason? - with this phone, it is not a problem to record all calls automatically, whether on speaker, phone to the ear, or via bluetooth. Contrary to many modern phones, the battery is removable and it supports a microSD card for additional memory. Additional plus: it has a 41 megapixel camera with a technology that concentrates more visual information into each pixel recorded (Pureview). Plus, there is photography software available for the phone - still - that allows me to maximize the use of the camera hardware in the phone. Another killer app on this phone is SymDVR. Combined with Situations, my phone detects the bluetooth signal in my car and automatically starts the digital video recorder that records my drive during daylight ...

    Professional tool if you need a good phone and quality camera

    A product with exellent phone and camera. I use this phone/camera because of my profession as a sales agent. In Landscape where I'm often driving, there is quite weak radiosignal. I've used models of other Brands and I must say that this model works much better than these. Internet works, but it's quite slow. Very good are also; Office Mobile, Navigation, Recording and Notes. For me it's really very easy to use. It works well even with one hand, the size is just what it must be. And of course the camera is Superb.

    Don't be fooled by Android or Apple, 808 with 41 MP camera has no rival

    The Nokia 808 cellphone is pretty incredible. It is easy to use, has good build quality, and best of all an amazing camera. The operating system, Nokia (Symbian) Belle has a nice interface, it is fast and responsive, intuitive, and somewhat customizable. The web browser is good. It loaded all the pages I tried fairly fast and plays flash content. Nokia maps is great. You can download the maps over Wi-Fi or mobile data right on the phone. Once you have the maps saved on the phone, there is no need for a data connection of any kind. GPS connects very fast, often under a minute, and turn by turn voice navigation works as good if not better than a stand alone GPS. It even has the option to say street names.     basic phone with an excellent camera

    Pros- excellent camera (good in low light conditions), better than my oneplus two's camera. good battery life basic OS Cons- not a smartphone, it's just a basic phone with an excellent camera module ( can't use facebook, twitter and other apps properly ) bulky in hand limited manual controls in camera app very limited 3rd party apps

    Hate Symbian? Think of this as a camera with phone functions. There's a ton of things to love about this phone. Main highlights- #Awesome camera with xenon flash #4" AMOLED display (The popping colors compensate for the low resolution) #Removable battery and good battery life expandable storage (64gb works as well. tried and tested) #HDMI output #USB host (otg) #FM transmitter #Great offline maps for navigation and many more. #Good build quality and Dolby headphone technology the bad- Not too many apps and the appstore is no more.
