I purchased eclipse glasses on April 3 for $3.45. I was charged $3.99. They were supposed to arrive by Aprl 6. They still haven't arrived. The seller stated that they weren't at fault, that ebay and the post office are at fault. They also lied, and said that they offered a refund. They did not offer a refund.

AGAIN, you purchased them for $3.99. That was after the price increase from $3.45. You were not ripped off for 54 cents as you believe. It's impossible to charge a different sale price than what it was at the time you clicked to buy. You know I offered to refund you the difference regardless. Ship time IS the fault of USPS. I shipped 12 hours after purchase. You could have chose to purchase tracking, but you didn't. I included the FC $1.12 shipping. You received full refund! Revise feedback!
