These look and feel brand new. The packaging is pretty much brand new as well. Even when going up against prime day this price point is unbeatable. Why? Because these headphones are exceptional. The comfort. Wow. I have used AirPods the last 3 years. They are good, but heavy. Bose QC Ultras are better. Way better. And feather light. Immersive audio is next level listening. No joke: it will make you giggle when you hear your favorite song with immersive audio on. Unreal good, Bose. Thank you.

5 stars for friendly customer service and hassle-free return even though I almost forgot and sent it back last minute. About the headphones themselves, the sound quality was great and noise cancelling strength second to none. I returned because of trouble with the power/bluetooth button not doing what I wanted sometimes, from what I can see on forums it seems like it might be a design choice that some people think they might fix later with a software update.

This is the 2nd pair of headphones that I have purchased. They do not disappoint! If you've ever had a pair of cheap headphones that just give you "sound" than switch to a pair that gives you great noise cancelling and quality sound you will never go back. More expensive, yes but in some cases you get what you pay for. This is one of those cases. The 2 year warranty is icing.
