Very disappointing transaction.I must say that they are hiding and selling a major defect that is not shown in the pictures or description.I am disappointed in the dishonest response afterwards.I am the only one who will lose money. I was the one who was cheated, but please be careful everyone.

The NGC case had a scratch on the side of the holder which neither impacts viewing the item nor the value of the item. The buyer claims this was a major defect and was unsatisfied with the item. I offered a full refund upon return of the item which the buyer started to process then decided they did not want to proceed with the return. Beware of this buyer trying to use minor discrepancies in the item description to bully you into giving discounts and negative feedback.
