Item as advertised but Karen went over and above to have a new battery installed and made sure the watch worked properly. Her communication and customer service was excellent. I have a watch just like this that I got about 30 years ago. The battery leaked in it and it quit working. The watch has great sentimental value and getting this one means a lot to me. Karen didn’t know this but her going the extra mile says a lot about her character. Thank you again for a great transaction.

packaging was really lame. For almost 200$ watch the seller could at least put it in some small box to protect the item (it arrived in a big Amazon plastic bag. I even thought it was empty when I opened it). It seems working but not as long as it is supposed to. I have to wind it twice within 24 hours. The communication with the seller wasn't pleasant. He/she seemed annoyed by my questions. The seller doesn't accept return (red flag). I should've made better choice. The lesson is learned.
