    Nice D.I. solution with option of running with cab

    I previously had a dsm simplifier, which I really liked for its small size, and vast amount of options, but I was never quite satisfied with the tone. It just did not sound great, in my opinion. When I saw the superblock I was intrigued, checked out some clips and reviews, and gave it a shot. This thing is great! First off, it sounds awesome, much better than the simplifier. I don't think neither could fool you into believing they're tube amps, but the quilter comes much closer. It also takes pedals very well, which was another problem with the simplifier. Lastly, the option to drive a real cab with 25 watts (it's actually more, but it's the equivalent of 25 TUBE watts according to quilter) is real neat. It is more than double the size of the simplifier, but the better sound and ...
