Unfortunately my item was damaged by USPS. The item was shipped in a hard plastic case and in a bubble mailer. This was ABSOLUTELY not the sellers fault. I provided pictures of the damaged item and the damaged packaging to simplymd2 and they were very responsive and made things right immediately. I definitely plan on doing business with them in the future and have nothing bad to say about them as a seller.
