I reached out to the seller and they said it was listed as "For parts or not working" and they stated it was "missing parts pieces" and offered a $5 refund for the inconvenience. The clamp that was broken is a $25 part and in shown in the photos and is not broken. It was broken in shipping because of the poor packaging. The seller also stopped responding to messages. I would avoid this seller.
