I am often tired mid day, I began taking this years ago as a weight lifting, muscle building supplement. The ingredients have since changed some, but it's still the best energy supplement I have found . Taking this supplement just once in the morning keeps me energized all.day..and I still sleep great! I cannot take it late afternoon or it impairs sleep.

The Best Fat Burner that will soon be discontinued
This is the best fat burner for me because it is the only one that does not give me the Jitters and gives me energy and strength all day long with only one normal dose. I will be buying more to stock up soon because this Item won't be around much longer It is unfortunate that it will be gone because it is the perfect safe formula with no side effects at all.
