    Great! I used the parts to rekey my TR47 lock cylinder.

    I don't own a vehicle that this cylinder set is supposed to fit. But, I did some digging and some thinking and some extrapolation. I used the TR47 key and wafers from this set to rekey the lock on my 2013 Sienna. I took a bunch of photos and I'll write a blog post on what I did at TardigradeOutdoors.

    Short stick

    the stick than it do move the lock is short and it doesn't lock the door. I can't use it

    Almost exactly like original

    I just installed these lock cylinders in my 2005 Toyota Corolla. They are almost identical to the originals except that the actuating shafts are a bit shorter. This didn’t matter though because the socket the ends fit into were deep enough to make up for the difference.
