To Loud, warning--there is a fix!
Very cute, surprised me that it can stand up on its two legs! Not sure it can do all it says it can, need to keep trying. It is very loud, at least for us, lasts about 25 minutes and charges for a long time. All in all seems cute and funny, minus the annoying screeching at very high volume--please make a new one that is less NOISY UPDATE: Got an email from customer service fast. Here is how to turn the volume half way down: Support / Zoomer Chimp™ / Question My Zoomer Chimp is too loud! Is there a quiet mode? To activate half volume mode: Begin with Zoomer Chimp™ turned OFF. While pressing the Back Button down, turn Zoomer Chimp™ ON. To return to full volume: Turn Zoomer Chimp™ OFF and back ON without pressing the Back Button. I purchased 4 of these used, and none of them worked the way they're supposed to. I ended up buying a brand new one and that one only worked for about 2 weeks, and then acted just like the other 4. It's a neat product, but it needs some work because it doesn't last.

No, improvements needed
I bought four of these, and only one of them worked but not completely. There were many issues with commands. Sensors were intermittently not working. I think this product needs a lot more work because it doesn't last as it should. Severe durability issues. I wouldn't recommend it until it's improved.
