Excellent seller. Ordered the pendant as a gift for my daughter on her weddingday. Lots of confusion with shipping. Michelle did go above and beyond to get it here. Made a lot of extra costs regarding shipping. When it finally arrived I received 3 ( !!) pendants , all 3 gorgeous . Got a refund because it was not delivered. Michelle told me I can keep all 3 of the pendants and I didn't have to pay. Ofcourse I did pay for them. Because I would love to buy again from her. Not on the wrong foot
