Sent a picture of it working and the model number. Which I appreciated cuz I wasted money from somebody else in a replacement that was broken. Instead of getting stressed I just went to buy another one from a different seller. I am glad I did. I even offered to pay for shipping because he went above and beyond and he told me naw. Anybody who let's you keep money in your pocket is alright.
