I really like this tab I bought it refurbished and I came in good condition, minor scratch but nothing major,shipping was fast and the seller answered all my questions even after I got the tab4, my only problem is that the soft keys do not light up now its not that its diffective I later found out that's how these model were made so its difficult to navigate or use the keys in the night time which almost made me return it because I was so annoyed with the lack of this feature 😐screen is beautiful, volume decent it's easy to operate, over all minus the lack of soft keys don't light up it was a good buy I have a year warranty on it so I hope it don't go bad after that. I would recommend, so u don't have to brake the bank because these tab don't last forever so why spend a bunch on them, I ... First and last time buying a refurbished anything
I had too much confidence in buying through ebay not their fault that I got really bad buy. Now I am stuck with it because I only had less than a week to pack it back up get it to the post office and sent off. I am a 24 hour a day caregiver for a 90 year old lady we are house bound and I only have every other saturday off. On top of all that I never received the warranty I paid extra for, the keyboard is bad a lot of the keys either do not work or they have a delay, especially the spacebar. The screen freezes so often that trying to use it is frustrating. The computer does crazy things, like magnify the screen to like 200 when I touch it and jumping in front of the letter I previously typed instead of behind it.
