The product was not as advertised. Tried to talk to the seller but the seller would not acknowledge the difference. Can't return it since it was already given to someone as a gift. See uploaded pictures and compare them to the ones seller provided in the listing. The product is supposed to have gray trimming. The one I received has pink. The logo is supposed to be darker... Not the best experience.

Interesting how the buyer only included their own pictures and none of the pics from my listing for comparison. I've sold a dozen of these...all identical and never had a complaint like this from anyone else. This buyer was angry because USPS delivered the item 2 days after their estimated time which was out of my control. She even called eBay to demand she get her money back and keep the item to which eBay told her no.

That is not the item that was sent to you and you know it. That is whatever you pulled out of your garage or basement and then replaced it with the brand new item I sent you. Not sure what you’re trying to accomplish here.

Seller shipped it as soon as i bought the item, Sad i missed the window to purchase this limited Item when it came out but glad it came in and looked exactly like the sellers Pictures. Price was double but it was expected due to either being sold out and demand from buyers. but the quality of M.Rage never disappoints me. Would buy from this seller again.     Really Liking My New Raycons! Great Sound Quality!

    Definitely the best earbuds I have tried. Excellent sound quality and very easy to navigate through the different features. I gave 4 stars only because I don't know how long they will last. All previous earbuds that I have tried seem to only last about 6 months before they start to fail. So far, I am liking these Raycons!
