Item packed very poorly and head was shattered to bits when arrived. Contacted Seller asap, without any more contact, Seller immediately refunded full price!
What a Rarity! Sellers usually fight to prove I must foot return of item, and after about 2 mths I’ll get return, minus shipping? I had nothing to with packing, so Buyer should Never be forced to pay. Seller has been Absolutely Fantastic! Would rather have had the Pixie, though!

Pretty much as described. I inventoried the kit and all was present apart from the decals, which was a bit disappointing. They probably would be useless after all this time so no huge deal. Packed pretty well. I'd really like to see vendors take time to put the loose parts in a zip lock bag to be sure they don't escape the box into the packing material. It really feels like shipping costs are creeping up dollar by dollar. Not sure if that's always the USPS?
