Very prompt delivery for such a large & heavy item. Also very fair price for a complete stock exhaust system for my Harley. Very satisfied! The item was in excellent condition for a used product and came with every single piece as shown. UPS did a good job getting it here fast but they didn't do a good job handling the box with care since it showed up looking like someone kicked it 50 times with holes everywhere but thankfully the exhaust system was ok and no damage appeared to be present. A++++
