Seller response: This isn't the fist time we ship an item like this anyway you have a insurance on the package. And the packaging was well done. Please check all the padding was done I just know this companies do not handle their packages like they should. Use insurance to make claim. Avoid seller

    This is a great tripod

    This tripod is a great tripod and the remote controls make it easy to control my DCR TRV950. Though it won't compare to the carbon fiber tripods it is stable and easy to use as well as compact.
