Originally sent a wrong item. Communication with the seller was great and they quickly remedied the situation once informed. Incredibly professional and speedy resolution to the shipment error. 2nd item that came was exactly as described and packaged well. Disappointed in how the CD was packaged (thin bubble mailed) and surprised it wasn't even more damaged than how I received it. The CD was sealed, so I guess that defines it as "new" however it had a large crack across the case (the photos did not accurately reflect the true state of the CD). I accept responsibility on my part that I did not ask for more photos before buying to define what "crack" meant (thought it would be small crack). Price was fair. I will have to replace the case ultimately.
