My item, a gingerbread house, arrived broken (cracked and broken in small pieces at the bottom). Seller won’t take responsibility for the packaging, and even accused me of breaking the item. Seller refuses to work with me to make it right. It was described as new and the photo shows the item with no defects. It’s an item seller sold to me for much higher than retail. I will have to leave it to eBay to get involved. *Do not recommend, especially for fragile items*

Untrue! You accused me of shipping a broken item. You never emailed me, you went straight in and opened a case against me on Christmas Day, you received the item 3 wks ago! There were no defects, you knew price before you purchased, I did not make you buy it! I know how to package for safe delivery which my feedback will testify to. I stated you needed to file a claim with the USPS which you seem to not want to do. And still, you left negative feedback before any resolution could be established.
