Purchased 3500$ gold coin, package was rip open ,not trusting the item could be fake ...Never have issue like that before, Give him my phone to call me back and resolve this. he trying convince me I'm wrong . UPS never ask me for signature ,its all sound like scam be honest..

The coin was purchased direct from the mint and sent to NGC for grading by myself as I have all the receipts from NGC coin grading and East India Company mint. Buyer failed to show any additional photo that showed the coin was damaged. This case will be handled by Ebay high value team. The package was well packaged and double boxed by 2 staff member under surveillance camera. He claimed the inner box got damaged badly when the outer box was not damaged. Did NOT make sense at all.
