Well let's be honest!! You didn't even receive these melts. This is the first time I refunded a buyer WITHOUT a request from he/she. After receiving the first email swearing at me because they hadn't shipped out yet after purchasing only hours before I automatically refunded, blocked and reported. Nobody should have to deal with this buyer. Hopefully after 3 strikes others buyers won't have to deal with it either.
