Burned a Bit
I'm very interested in the bollywood theme since it's somewhat part of Indian culture. Some of the movies are pretty fun though I wish the instructor included more moves and made them more challenging. I also didn't like the fact that the instructor at times stopped dancing to stretch. I thought we stretch and warm up at the beginning and then cool day once the workout is over. It just annoyed me; I just wanted my heart rate to be up for at least the whole 15 minutes. I liked the last of the 3- 15 minute workouts because it incorporated more dance moves. The other two workouts were good and challenging, but they don't warm you up very well and in the middle of the workouts, when your heart rate's up, they'll start doing stretching moves. This video is even better than the first...
I currently have Hemalayaa's older video "Bollywood dance workout" and use it a few times per week. I love this one even more! It takes the last video even further with better music and is more visually pleasing. The workouts are divided into three segments and after doing the workout today, I worked up a serious sweat but still had fun! I hate the typical workout video's on the market but this video is something I will do on a continual basis because it is so much fun!I currently have Hemalayaa's older video "Bollywood dance workout" and use it a few times per week. Dancing is good for the soul and I am glad to have found this DVD because it awakened my inner child. At 50+ years old I had not kicked up my heals for some years. It is so much fun to dance and be joyful with in my own skin, and I have toned up and slimmed down as a bonise. It is broke down into 3 15 minute segments so you can choose to do only one if that is all that you have time for.
