      Not a good experience. I would not buy from this seller again. The shaver arrived not as described in the listing. 1 of the retaining clips that holds the battery door closed was broken, so it will not stay closed. Also, the foil screen and cutter blades were corroded and extremely dirty. They need to be replaced. See attached photos. I brought these issues to the seller’s attention, but she refused even a partial refund & then reject my return request!

      45 DAYS after receiving this, they tried to make a false claim that it came broken requesting "a substantial refund" AND they never submitted photos to substantiate anything. Case closed in my favor. It wasn't broken when I sold it, so it seems that they took it apart, broke it and then lied about it for a $16 refund. Karma is real.

      Due to a hospitalization package wasn't opened til after 30 day limit. Shaver was broken upon opening package. Seller had no empathy and refused to make it right. Seller is NOT telling the truth. I Absolutely sent photos to seller before filing return case and again with the case (photos are Required when filing a case) and again here in feedback. eBay did not decide in seller's favor. Seller was able to reject the return due to being past 30 day limit. Do yourself a favor and avoid this seller
